Many of you have inquired on ways to help, other ways to get involved with the organization and ways to contribute…. Well, now that we’ve been expanding (quite quickly!) I’m identifying multiple areas where we could use more help.
If you see an area you have a particular interest in or experience/specialty in, please let me know!
- Social Media – posts, respond to messages, donation inquires, event updates, etc. Keep BOH current on FB, Insta and make a Twitter
- Website- add posts, manage look of the site, keep relevant, add/edit as requested
- Delivery of clothing/care packages to families/children in need (by area, which you can select)
- Donation box delivery/pick-up/ transfer of donations to storage
- Event Planning
- Board Secretary (attend monthly meetings and take meeting minutes)
- Accounting/Tax Services
Of course, because these would be on a volunteer basis, we can discuss in further detail about an ideal amount of time needed and your availability.
